सीलोन टी एक पॉपुलर तरह की ब्लैक टी है जिसे श्रीलंकाई टी भी कहा जाता है। सीलोन अपने तीखे फ्लेवर के लिए जानी जाती है, लेकिन इसका स्वाद चाय के टाइप और देश में इसे कहाँ उगाया जाता है, इस पर निर्भर करता है।
The silver standard of tea. This White tea was first grown in Sri Lanka at Nuwara Eliya near Adam’s Peak between 2200 - 2500 meters, which describes mid-grown area in “Ceylon Tea growing regions”. The tea is grown, delicately plucked and rolled by hand with the leaves dried and withered in the sun.
